Jen Gwynn-Jones

Jen Gwynn-Jones has helped women all over the world break free from their "shoulds" to have more joy and freedom in their lives. She believes self-compassion will assist in every step of that journey. Jen is a certified Wayfinder Life Coach through the Martha Beck Institute and is also trained in Acceptance Commitment Training (ACT). Her approach is informed by a 17 year career in the Australian public service and extensive studies including Bachelor degrees in Microbiology and Anthropology and a Masters in International Affairs from the Australian National University.
